What makes a singing video editor different?
General video editors treat audio as a clip you trim. In a singing video the voice is the point, so IchiPitchy Creator Studio puts a full vocal editor — auto-tune, note-by-note pitch, timing, harmony, effects and noise reduction — in front of the picture, then carries that tuned vocal into the video editor.
Which looks, frames and effects are there?
- 12 film looks: Clean, Portra, Kodachrome, Noir, Neon, Super 8, VHS 94, Anamorphic, Bleach, Dream, Midnight and Sunbleached.
- Adjust: colour and optical controls on top of any look.
- Frame: keep the original shape or crop to 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9, and position the shot inside it.
- Fades in and out: black, white, blur, grain, bloom, zoom, iris, film burn and anamorphic streak.
- Trim, a title card, and — on Pro — lyric captions generated from your vocal.
What size should a Reel, TikTok or Short be?
All three are vertical 9:16, most often 1080×1920. Choose the 9:16 frame, position your shot in it and export at 1080p — or higher if you filmed in 4K.
Will exporting lower the video quality?
The export is sized from your clip, so a 4K recording can export in 4K. The bitrate is set from the resolution, the frame rate and how much grain the look adds, which keeps film grain from breaking into blocky noise. Everything is encoded to H.264 and AAC inside the tab.
Is my footage uploaded?
No. The video is decoded, graded and encoded in your browser and is never stored by IchiPitchy. The audio track is uploaded, because tuning and captions run on the server, and a video project saves that audio rather than your video file.

Is there a free singing video editor?
Yes. IchiPitchy's free plan includes one video project and one MP4 export, with tuning, film looks, framing and fades. Lyric captions and more exports need Pro.
Is IchiPitchy Creator Studio the same as Facebook Creator Studio or YouTube Studio?
No. IchiPitchy Creator Studio is the singing-video editor inside IchiPitchy, a browser-based vocal studio: it tunes the vocal in your clip, styles the video and exports an MP4. It is not related to Meta's Facebook Creator Studio app or to YouTube Studio (once called YouTube Creator Studio), which are tools for managing a page or a channel.
Can I edit a singing video on my phone?
Not yet. IchiPitchy Creator Studio needs desktop Chrome or Edge, because the video is processed in the browser.
Does it add a watermark?
No. IchiPitchy does not add a watermark to the exported MP4.
How long can the video be?
Up to 1 minute 30 seconds — enough for a chorus, a hook or a short cover.
What's the best export setting for Reels and TikTok?
The 9:16 frame at 1080p is what those platforms display. Choose 4K only if you filmed in 4K and want to keep a higher-quality master.
Can I cut the start and end of the clip?
Yes. Trim the start and end in the video editor before you export.
Will my vocal stay in sync with the video?
Yes. Tuning changes pitch, not length, and the export lines the audio up with the video's frames.
Is my video stored anywhere?
No. The video file is never uploaded or stored; a video project keeps its audio only, so hold on to your original clip.
